TREASURE!

Back in 2018, Bob did a beautiful installation of 25ft yellow cane bamboo on Staten Island. The bamboo was to be installed in place of a row of 25ft tall arborvitaes that were on the property.

Before digging the trench for the rhizome barrier, Bob noticed what looked like the backside of an electrical box. Always careful not to damage property, Bob asked the owner if he knew what it was. The owner, having lived there for 4 years, never bothered to look, and had no clue what this box might have been.

It took two of the crew to pull this box out from the dig area, and once they did, they noticed it was a safe! Bob directed the crew to carefully open the safe, and inside was over $52,000 cash, jewelry, opals, and prized family possessions.
